 Mr. Michael Olayinka
He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria & Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is a graduate of Institute of Statisticians, U.K and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
He began his career with Central Bank of Nigeria in 1979 and was in the U.K. from 1981 to 1992 where he worked with various accountancy firms and financial institutions. He has worked with various Banking and financial Institutions in Nigeria since 1992 including Associated Discount House Limited where he was Deputy General Manager, Investment Banking Group till March 2006. He joined Oak Pensions Limited as the pioneer MD/CEO in April, 2006. He is a 1979 graduate of Statistics of University of Ibadan and holds an MSc degree (Statistical Applications in Business & Government) of University of Westminster, London.
