Mr. Ambrose Feese (Chairman)
He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Over the years, he has worked in many notable organizations like New Nigeria Development Company (NNDC), Bank of the North as General Manager Operations, ICON Limited as Managing Director. He was also a Minister of State in the Federal Government of Nigeria under General Abdulsalami Abubakar between 1998 and 1999.
He sits on the Board of many companies including Cornerstone Insurance Plc where he is currently the Chairman. He is the Managing Director of Dynamic Consulting Limited (Managing Consultants).

Mr. Kwesi Sagoe
He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Express Discount Limited, a product of King’s College, Lagos.
Mr. Sagoe qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
His professional career has spanned various stints at Coopers & Lybrand and Nigeria American Merchant Bank Limited. Pioneer Financial Controller of Express Discount Limited (EDL) and Managing Director of the institution since 1999.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Mr. Sagoe has wide exposure to financial operations and general management programs. He is an alumnus of the Ivy League Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as a graduate of the Executive Management Program.

Mr. Peter Ameadaji
He is the Principal Partner in the firm of PAC Solicitors. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree and was called to bar as a solicitor and advocate of the supreme court of Nigeria. He holds an executive MBA from I.E.S.E Business school of the University of Navarra, Barcelona,Spain.
Mr. Peter Ameadaji serves the board of some charity organizations and companies. He has attended several training programs and seminars on law, management, and leadership in the United States of America, Canada, Israel, France and Spain. He is also an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

Alhaji Muhammad Baba
He is the Executive Director of Express Discount Limited. He is a 1981 graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and has an MSc in Banking and Finance from University of Ibadan in 1986. He has a wealth of experience in the financial sector spanning over 17 years gained from institutions such as N.I.D.B., Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers) and Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers).
At Afribank International, Alhaji Baba was in charge of the Corporate Finance Division made up of Capital Market, Trade Finance and Export Finance Departments with additional responsibility of supervising the Bank’s Port-Harcourt branch. He has attended several management courses in London, Hungary and Ireland. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School being a graduate of Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Dominic Ichaba
He is the Ag. Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Insurance Plc. He joined the Cornerstone group as the pioneer General Manager and Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of its subsidiary, Cornerstone Trustees Limited in 1999. He was appointed Company Secretary of Cornerstone Insurance plc in September, 2002 to strengthen the management. Before he resumed with the Cornerstone Group, he was Senior Manager, Investment Banking and Head, Capital Markets Group at Rims Merchant Bank Limited. An astute administrator with competencies in corporate strategy, organizational transformation and legal/statutory matters, Ichaba has played vital roles in setting the strategic direction, policies and processes of the top underwriting company. An Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Esut Business School, and is also a Chartered Stockbroker. He has attended top management courses both at home and abroad including; Advanced Management Programme at [LBS]; International Financial Law at Oxford, U.K, Corporate Legal Advisors and Human Resources Strategy in Transforming Organizations at The Management School, London, U.K and the London Business School, U.K respectively. Until his recent appointment as Acting Managing Director/CEO, he was an Executive Director with supervisory functions spanning human capital, legal services, asset management and brand management. A versatile professional, Ichaba obtained a bachelors degree in Law from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985.

Mr. Michael Olayinka
He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K, and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
He began his career with Central Bank of Nigeria in 1979 and worked with various accountancy firms and financial institutions in the U.K. He has worked with various Banking and financial Institutions in Nigeria since 1992 including Associated Discount House Limited where he was Deputy General Manager, Investment Banking Group till March 2006. He joined Oak Pensions as the pioneer MD & Chief Executive Officer in May, 2006. He is a 1979 graduate of Statistics of University of Ibadan and holds an M.Sc. degree of University of Westminster, London.
