Mr. Michael Olayinka
is the Managing Director/Chief Executive of the company. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He began his career with Central Bank of Nigeria in 1979 and worked with various accountancy firms and financial institutions in the U.K. He has worked with various Banking Institutions in Nigeria since 1992 including Associated Discount House Limited where he was Deputy General Manager, Investment Banking Group till March 2006. He joined Oak Pensions as the pioneer MD & Chief Executive Officer in May, 2006. He is a 1979 graduate of statistics of University of Ibadan and holds an MSc degree of University of Westminster, London.

Mrs. Chidiebere C. Ichaba
is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and also Head of Human capital. She holds a Bachelor of law Degree from University of Jos {1987} and was called to the Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria {1988}. She holds a Masters Degree in Law {LLM} from the University of Lagos. A member of the Nigeria Bar Association and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, she has also attended several trainings and courses in both Law and Human Resource Management.

She started her career in the Federal ministry of justice Lagos, and also worked in the law firm of Edirin Otomewo and Co, Network Mortgage finance Limited Lagos, Tritel Networks Limited Lagos and TNT-IAS cargo Airlines Limited as Company Secretary / Legal Adviser from were she joined the organization.

Apart from the key officers indicated above, efforts are in progress to recruit the required hands for the operations. This will be completed before the final inspection. It is expected that the Board of Directors will formulate, co-ordinate and supervise the broad policies and activities of the Pension Funds Administration through the Managing Director that will manage the executive activities of the company. The CEO would delegate key activities to capable professionals to be employed to execute the broad policies of the Board and those of the Chief Executive Officer in the best professional manner, applying sound business strategies in accordance with regulatory guidelines to meet the aspirations of the promoters and especially those of the clients whose funds are entrusted to the company to administer.

Mr. Benedict Azuh
He is the Head of Financial Control Unit. He is a 1992 graduate of Accountancy of the Auchi Polytechnic. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 and obtained a Masters degree in Management from the University of Port Harcourt in 2002.

He started his professional career with Carnco Foods Nigeria Limited in 1993 and later as the management Accountant. In 1996 he joined African Ivory Insurance Company Limited as the Head, Finance and Accounts unit. He joined Fortune Assurance Company Limited in 1999 where he held many management positions. He was the Group Head, Finance and Investment Department, a position he held until January 2006 when he resigned his appointment and went into private accounting practice, with over 10 years experience in the insurance sector. He is happily married.

Mr. Tom Omozuyi
He is the head of Risk Management. Tom is a banker with several years experience. He commenced his banking career in December 1991 with Universal Trust Bank PLC (now Union Bank Plc). While in UTB he served in various capacities in Corporate Affairs, Strategic Planning, Public Sector Revenue Collection and Credit and Marketing Departments respectively .

He joined Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited (now Intercontinental Bank) in 2001 and served at various times as Head, Business Development in the bank’s corporate branch in Victoria Island. He was later appointed a Manager, Risk Management Group.

He left Equity Bank in October 2005 to set up a Marketing Research Consultancy in Lagos but out of a desire to be actively involved in the administration of pension in Nigeria he joined Oak Pensions Limited in July 2006 as pioneer Head, Risk Management.

Mr. Omozuyi holds a B Sc degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing Management from Delta State University, Abraka. He is an associate member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Nigeria Institute of Marketing Research (NIMRA) and Certified Institute of Pension of Nigeria (CIPN).

Mr. Promise O. C. Nwankwo
He is the Compliance Officer of Oak Pensions Limited. Mr. Promise Nwankwo holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance. He started his career as lecturer at the then Anambra State Polytechnic Oko, now Federal Polytechnic Oko. He is a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Accountants, and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He worked with Rims Merchant Bank Ltd and rose to the position of a Deputy Manager before he left the bank in 1996 as the bank’s Financial Controller to join NAL Bank Plc.

He actively participated in the TQM project of the then NAL Bank PLC, and also headed the bank’s several departments between 1996 and 2002 from where he joined JSP Consults and JSP Resources Management as the Principal Consultant.

Mr. Promise has brought his wealth of experience to Oak Pensions to ensure ethical business operations, compliance with the regulator’s requirements, and international best practice. He is married with children.
