Emmanuel Olalekan Fadimine is a seasoned compliance officer and strategic leader with over 17 years of experience across diverse industries, including financial services, logistics, trading, and health management. Emmanuel began his professional career with a consulting firm, where he gained invaluable exposure to multiple industries and rose to the position of Head of Accounts Department before transitioning to the pension industry as an Internal Control and Audit Officer at Legacy Pension Managers (now FCMB Pensions Limited). His dexterity on the job saw him rose to the position of pioneer Head of Internal Control. In October 2020, he was appointed the acting Chief Compliance Officer, the position was confirmed as substantive in July 2021. As the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Internal Control at FCMB Pensions, Emmanuel designed and implemented several policies for the Organization. He was a member of several adhoc committees both at FCMB Pensions, and in the Pension industry.
