Josephine is a financial and client services professional with over 19 years' experience spanning banking operations, branch management, key/strategic accounts management and client experience. She is a graduate of English and Literature from the University of Benin and also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom. She has over 15 years' work experience with Citibank Nigeria Limited (a subsidiary of Citigroup N.Y.) as an operations manager and subsequently, a service team lead in the Client Operations group managing global relationships. She is experienced in the design of client service and experience strategies to integrate effectively with organizational objectives.

She also volunteers at a nonprofit organization (Woman at Her Best) which reaches out to young ladies and engages in motivational and talent building sessions for youths.
