She is an associate member Nigeria Institute of Management and holds a B.Sc in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and Masters in Business Administration from National Open University of Nigeria. She started her career as admin officer with Maola General Marine Contractors before joining Oak Pensions in 2006 as Relationship Management officer rising through the ranks to Head Claims/Benefits, Head Customer Care and now Head of Operations. She has attended various workshops and training in relations to the pension industry.
