Obiora Ozoekwem is a business development professional with over 18 years’ experience in the financial services sector with a Master’s in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Economics. Obiora began his professional career with C & I Leasing Plc before moving on to the banking sector where he served meritoriously with Assurance Bank Ltd, Zenith Bank Plc and Bank PHB Ltd. Obiora joined the Nigeria Pension Industry in 2014 as a Manager with Trustfund Pensions Ltd where he rose to Senior Management level and headed the Business Development & Marketing department. In 2023, Obiora was appointed to the Board of Oak Pensions Limited as Executive Director, Business Development & Operations with the responsibility to oversee the Business Development & Marketing, Customer Services, Benefit Administration and Operations (which embodies Contributions management and Enrolment) departments. Obiora has attended several institutions including the Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania), Columbia Business School and the Lagos Business School with key studies across Leadership, Marketing, Negotiation and Strategy.
